The Palace is situated in the historical centre and after great renovation work is occupied by the town library (on the ground floor) and the National Italian Philosophy library, directed by the Illustrious Professor Massimo Cacciari. It is part of the library network of the Castelli Romani (SBCR).

Artistic and cultural events and conventions are held here. It has modern equipment that guarantees keen interaction between art and culture and the public.

The boardroom is now used as a reading room.
