In Piazza Garibaldi (Garibaldi Square) opposite the Chiesa di Santa Maria delle Grazie, is a huge convent where the Dominican nuns live, which incorporates the Chiesa del Santissimo Rosario (Church of St. Rosario), a remarkable example of Roman baroque by architect Giuseppe Sardi.

The foundation is associated to Sister Isabella Colonna and to Antonia e Lorenzo Onofrio I Colonna, who financed the building.

It has a Greek cross layout, crowned by a semi spherical dome with a lunette. The interior is entirely coated with white stucco as per the 18th century style.
