In this approximately 4-hour course, we will not only cook each dish together, experiencing firsthand the quality of the ingredients, but we will also delve into their historical roots and the most authentic variations. Every technique will be explained and demonstrated step by step, with active participation from all attendees at every stage, from preparing the ingredients to the final plating.
