A mini-course on identifying, foraging, and cooking wild edible plants

A meadow that might seem full of “weeds” can, to a keen eye, reveal itself as a vibrant source of food whose flavors and virtues we have long forgotten. Let’s rediscover the natural food resources around us: month by month, the seasons offer a variety of wild herbs that can enrich our tables with both taste and health benefits. The workshop is held at the “Le Erbe della Luna” farm, overlooking the scenic Lake Nemi.

The Program:

Botanical Theory: An introduction to wild edible species.
Hands-on Practice: Learning to identify and forage herbs in the field.
Wild Herb Aperitivo: A final tasting featuring the plants we’ve explored.
