Typical Products

Apart from cold cuts and homemade cheeses, a typical product of Rocca Priora's cuisine is the semi-liquid cheese known as Scottone which is eaten hot, hence its name. A traditional festival is held in January to celebrate this by all means original product.

We should also mention the tasty cellette, a typical fresh homemade pasta, long shaped similar to strozzapreti, and usually cooked with tuna fish or with a sauce made of garlic, oil, tomatoes and anchovies.
